This compact apartment dates from 1950 and occupies a central location in St Petersburg. It required total refurbishment on behalf of a letting agency who rent to tourists. Walls were removed, and the kitchen opened up to the main living room.
The only salvageable feature was the hard wood parquet flooring to the main rooms. Low cost furnishing and new ceramic tile flooring completed the project.
